ITALIAN BROCCOLI

1 (1 1/2 lb) bunch broccoli, cut into spears
2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
1/3 cup dry white wine or water

In a large skillet, combined ingredients; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Serves 4
