1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli florets
2 tsp roasted garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
Break broccoli into bite-size pieces, if preferred. Place in microwave-safe bowl. Stir in garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover and microwave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring once. Stir in cheese and lemon juice. Serve. Serves 6
