BROCCOLI CASSEROLE II

2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, prepared according to package directions, drained
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients and spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6
