BROCCOLI AND MACARONI BAKE

3 cups elbow macaroni
5 cups broccoli florets, about 1 lb
1/4 cup butter and flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) loaf processed cheese spread, cut-up
2 tsp Creole seasoning
3 cups chopped cooked ham
Cook macaroni until al dente during the last 3 minutes, add broccoli, drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, whisking until smooth. Cook 1 minute, whisking constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in cheese and seasonings. Cook, whisking constantly, until cheeses melt. Stir in macaroni mixture and spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
