Toast 3 cups walnuts in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon butter, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon bourbon in skillet until bubbly. Toss with pecans, another tablespoon brown sugar, pinch, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and salt. Spread on baking sheet and cool.
