Maple-Rosemary Pecans - Easy

Preheat oven to 325. Heat 3 tablespoons bourbon, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tablespoons salt, and 2/3 cup water in medium saucepan until salt is dissolved. Add 2 sprigs rosemary and 2 cups pecans. Soak for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread pecans in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until dry, toasty, and fragrant.
