Broiled Cream Cheese and Spinach Dip - EASY

Thaw and drain 1 package frozen spinach. Mix with 1 package cream cheese and 1/2 cups chopped roasted red pepper. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Broil in skillet and serve hot crackers.
