Potato Chip Cookies II

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 large egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy; add egg yolks and vanilla beating until well mixed. Stir in flour until blended. Fold in potato chips and pecans.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased or nonstick baking sheet and crisscross the top of each with the tines of a fork. Bake for about 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
