FRUITY CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp apple pie spice or 1/4 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and mace
Sugar, to taste

Cream ingredient and put in a pastry bag. Pipe filling onto Breton crackers. Garnish with apple slices, raspberries and a sprig of mint. NOTE: Can also be served chilled in a crock with fruit and crackers on the side.
