BAILEYS SHRIMP

2 lb medium to large shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied
2 clove garlic, sliced thin
Parsley
1/4 cup Baileys
Butter

Melt butter in a pan and garlic, cooking until it browns. Add parsley, to taste. Add Baileys and stir for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until they begin to turn pink. Turn over and cook for 1 minute. Serve. Serves 4
