BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP WITH DIP

16 fresh jumbo shrimp
1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded crabmeat
2 cups butter cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Shell shrimp, leaving only the tales.  Make a small slit in the center of each and stuff with crabmeat.  Line the shrimp (tails up) in an oven-to-table baking dish.  In a saucepan, melt utter; add cracker crumbs and stir until moistened and crumbly  Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle all of the mixture over the shrimp.  Cover with foil; bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Remove foil and broil until shrimp is golden.  Serves 4
Serve with the following dip.
Dip
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Divide butter equally among 4 individual ramekin serving dishes.  Add the cheese and garlic powder in equal amounts.  Then set in oven until butter melts.  Stir well.  Serve with lemon wedges.
