BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP WITH CHILI DIP

Chili Dip
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp chopped sweet pickle
1 tbsp chopped pimento, chili powder and onion salt
2 tsp finely chopped onion
1 hard boiled egg, sliced

Combine ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Shrimp
16 shrimp
8 strips bacon, cut in half
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp chili powder

In a small bowl, combine butter, chili powder and garlic. Dip each shrimp in the mixture and wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place under a broiler and cook until bacon is done; about 6-8 minutes.
