BABY PORCUPINE APPETIZERS

1/2 cup rice
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp onions, minced
2 tbsp green bell peppers, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt and celery salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups tomato juice
4 clove garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Combine first 7 ingredients and form into small balls. Heat next 4 ingredients in a skillet. Add meatballs. Cover tightly and simmer 50 minutes. Remove cloves before serving. Makes 12 meatballs
