CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp corn syrup
Unsliced cinnamon bread
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
Confectioners sugar
Melt butter, add brown sugar and corn syrup. Combine well. Spray 13 x 9 inch pan. Slice bread into 3/4" to 1" thick slices. Pour butter mixture into baking dish, arrange slices flat in butter mixture, squeeze to fit in. In blender, mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread slices, covering completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Dust with Confectioners sugar. Serve right from baking dish. Serves 6-8
