ARTICHOKE ALMOND PITA TRIANGLES

1 (12 oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup slivered blanched almonds
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
Pita chips, baked
Grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450. Combine first 4 ingredients and top the baked pita chips. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
