ARIZONA STYLE NACHOS

1 lb lean ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
Hot sauce, use sparingly
1 lg. red onion, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, chopped
2 cups longhorn cheese, shredded
1 cup jack cheese, shredded
3/4 cup taco sauce
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup ripe black olives, pitted
1 cup sour cream
1 lg. red bell pepper, chopped
TORTILLA CHIPS

First cook the ground beef until brown, drain fat and season to taste. Add 2 to 3 drops of hot sauce and onion. Spread beans in a large 9 x 13 rectangular ovenproof dish and top with cooked meat. Sprinkle with green chilies, both cheeses and taco sauce. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 400. Remove from oven and garnish with green onions, black olives, sour cream and bell pepper. Place tortilla chips around the edges of the dish and serve. Serves 10-12.
