APPETIZER MEATBALLS

Meatballs
2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning, basil and salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Sauce
1 (14 oz) bottle ketchup
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 (12 oz jar apple jelly and currant jelly
Combine meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown. Meanwhile, make sauce by combining ingredients in a saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Add meatballs. Place meatballs in sauce and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve in a chafing dish. Serve with toothpicks.
