CHOCOLATE HEATH MUFFINS

Batter:
3 cups flour,
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa, plus 1 tbsp
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup oil

Filling:
12 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Heath bars, crushed
2/3 cup chocolate chips

Batter:
Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add milk, lemon juice, vanilla and oil; stir to blend well.

Filling:
Blend together cream cheese (room temperature) and sugar until no lumps remain. Beat in eggs and salt. Stir in Heath bars and chocolate chips.

Spray 24 muffin tins with vegetable oil spray or use paper liners. Fill cups 1/2 to 2/3 full with batter. Drop cream cheese mixture by large tbspful onto the batter. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in chocolate part comes out clean.
