HEATH BITS PIE

Category: Pies - Cream and Custard

1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (6 oz) pkg Heath bits baking chips
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared pie shell, baked

Prepare pudding mix according to pkg directions, except use 1 1/2 cups milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently fold 3/4 cup Heath bits and all of whipped topping into pudding. Pour into baked and cooled pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining Heath bits. Freeze at least 6 hours. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
