* SPICY TURKEY CHILI

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds lean ground turkey
2 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (28oz) crushed tomatoes
2 cups frozen corn
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a saucepot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté turkey, onion, pepper and garlic 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, corn, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, allspice, salt and pepper. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, adding 1/2 to 1 cup water if too thick.
Great with corn bread.
