Mix together:
3/4 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
Add:
2 eggs
1 cup cold coffee
Add:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup raisins
Bake at 350 degrees
Ice with powdered sugar icing when cool.
