Shelly's Recipe

* FRESH SPINACH SALAD

Category: Salad

4 hard cooked eggs
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
1 can water chestnuts (drained)
1 large bag spinach
Toss and refrigerate

Dressing:
1 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 chopped onion
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup catsup

Make dressing the day before if possible.
This makes enough dressing for 2 recipes of salad.
