RICE PILAF

2 3-ounce cans sliced mushrooms
2 teaspoons oregano
1 cup butter
2 cups uncooked rice (not instant)
1 chopped onion
3 cans beef consume
1 can beef broth
pepper

Saute mushrooms and oregano in butter. Place in 3-quart casserole and add uncooked rice and onions. Stir in broth and consume. Cover and bake 1 hour at 425 degrees.
