BRAUNSCHWEIGER SPREAD I

1 1/2 lbs braunschweiger
2 tbsp pickle juice
12 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp salad dressing
1/2 pkg cream cheese
Salad dressing
Milk
Diced onion

Mix first 5 ingredient and form into a ball. Chill for 1 hour. Frosting: Cream cheese together with a small amount of milk and salad dressing to spreading consistency. Spread over ball and sprinkle with diced onion. Chill at least 24 hours before serving. Serve with crackers.
