1 (15 oz) pkg corn bread mix
1/3 cup chopped green chiles, roasted and peeled
1 cup cream-style corn
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 425. Grease muffin pans well; set aside. Prepare mix according to package directions, adding chiles, corn, oil and cheese. Fill muffin pans two-thirds full, and bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 18 muffins.
