BREADED RANCH CHICKEN

3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lbs)
1/2 cup melted butter

In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, cheese and salad dressing mix. Dip chicken in butter, than roll in cereal mixture to coat. Place in a foil-lined baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 min. or until juices run clear. Yield: 8 servings
