LINGUINE WITH SHRIMP, CLAMS AND SCALLOPS

1 lb linguine, spaghetti or thin spaghetti, cooked al dente
1/2 cup olive oil and butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb small scallops and medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 little neck clams, scrubbed
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Zest from 1 lemon, cut into thin slivers
1/4 tsp salt and crushed red pepper

In a large skillet, heat oil and butter. Add garlic and sauté until browned. Add clams and cook until steamed open. Strain clam juice through cheese cloth, remove clams from shells and return to skillet. Add shrimp and scallops and cook for a few minutes until shrimp are cooked. Add remaining ingredients and toss with pasta. Serve immediately. Serves 4
