LEMON SCALLOPS WITH ANGEL HAIR

8 oz angel hair pasta
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 stalks thinly chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped, fresh basil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tsp chopped parsley
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 tsp grated lemon peels and dried rosemary
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 pound scallops
2 tablespoons grated or shredded parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to pkg directions. While pasta is cooking, combine wine, lemon juice, lemon peel, green onion, rosemary, basil and garlic in a large skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring often, until liquid has reduced by half. Add scallops and stir to coat in lemon sauce. Cook until opaque, 1-2 minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in butter; stir until melted. Toss cooked pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese. Serves 4
