FETTUCCINI GARBERI

1 lb shrimp
1 cup sliced mushrooms
8 oz thinly sliced ham
8 oz butter
2 tsp oregano and basil
2 tbsp diced garlic
2 cups broccoli florets
16 oz heavy cream
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
32 oz cooked fettuccine

Melt butter in a large sauté pan. Add first 6 ingredients. Cook on medium heat until shrimp turns pink, about 3 minutes. Add the next 3 ingredients. Toss in the cooked noodles and simmer about 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serves 4
