CRAB LINGUINE

1 lb linguine, cooked and drained
1/4 cup butter
1 onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
3/8 cup flour
4 cups milk
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 lb crabmeat
While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic and cook until transparent. Mix flour into butter mixture to make a paste. Add milk and stir until blended. Heat gently and when milk is hot, add parmesan. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thick. Do not boil. Stir in crab, heat through. Drain pasta and serve sauce over noodles. Serves 6
