Shrimp Pascal

12 head-on (21-25 count) fresh shrimp
Salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp black pepper
1 small bunch rosemary

Thoroughly wash shriimp, leaving heads on. Season the shrimp with generously salt. Melt butter in a hot skillet, add minced garlic and brown. Add shrimp, reduce heat to medium and saute. Add pepper and rosemary and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve in a large bowl with French Bread for dipping. Serves
