ANGEL HAIR WITH SHRIMP, FETA AND TOMATOES

2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pound shrimp large (peeled and deveined)
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 (14 1/2-oz) cans stewed tomatoes, petite diced, drained

Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet. Add garlic; cook about 2-3 minutes until softened. Add wine, lemon juice, tomatoes, oregano and shrimp. Cover and simmer until shrimp are cooked, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in feta. Serve over cooked noodles; garnish with parsley. Serves 4
