Stuffed Pork Chops

4 thick cut boneless pork chops
8 oz pkg cream cheese
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
dried parsley
1 stick butter
1 cup Italian dressing
Preheat oven to 400. Butterfly chops; flap open. Cut cream cheese into slices; put on one side of chops. Crumble 1 strip bacon for each chop and place on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle with parsley to taste. Flap over other side; pat down around edges to seal. Place in a greased baking dish. Cut butter into slices and put on chops, covering as much as possible. Pour dressing over chops. Cover dish with foil and bake 35-40 minutes or until done. Serve with pan drippings. Serves 4
