DOUBLE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BROWNIES

1/2 cup butter
2 oz white chocolate baking bar, cut up
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 oz white chocolate baking bar, melted
2 oz chocolate raspberry chips, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil; grease foil. Set aside. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and 2 oz white chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat lightly with a wooden spoon just until combined. Stir in flour, pecans, baking powder and salt. Spread batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with raspberries. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Let whole brownies from pan using foil. Cut with a 2 inch round cutter or cut into bars. Drizzle with both of the melted chocolates.
