CHUNKY OATMEAL MACADAMIA COOKIES

1 pkg plain yellow cake mix
1 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup instant or quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup white chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375. Grease baking sheets. Place first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat on low speed for 1 minute, scraping down sides occasionally. Increase speed to medium; beat 1 minute; dough will be thick. Fold in remaining ingredients.

Drop heaping tsp of dough about 2 inch apart, on baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool cookies on baking sheets on wire rack for 1 minute. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
