1 to 1 1/2 lb chuck roast
1 medium onions, sliced
1 cup water
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz) bottle taco sauce
1 (7 oz) can chopped green chilies

Place meat and onion in crock pot. Combine water and seasoning mix in a small bowl and pour over beef and onions. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender. Remove meat to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Place beef into a bowl, along with the juices and stir in chilies and taco sauce.
