1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp amaretto
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and amaretto, stirring until smooth; stir in condensed milk. Pour over baked crust. Top with chocolate morsels, coconut, and almonds; press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. 2 dozen
