BEER BASTED CHICKEN

Category: Chicken

4 small chickens, cut into pieces

1-2 large cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 tbsp black pepper and ground chili
6 oz beer
1/4 cup each vinegar and soy sauce
2 cups tomato sauce

Season chicken as desired and start grilling.

In the meantime, combine remaininag ingredfients in a saucepan and simmer. Brush chicken with mixture occasionally until done.
