CASHEW CHICKEN SALAD II

Salad
2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped fine celery
1/3 cup chopped cashews
3 tbsp green onion or scallions, chopped

Dressing
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp milk
1/3 cup chutney
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp curry powder and salt
1/8 tsp salt

Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. Combine ingredients for salad, toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate several. Serve with assorted greens.
