8 oz. Mozzarella Fresca Mascarpone
2-4 oz. bourbon
1/4 cup of any dried fruit, finely chopped
In a small bowl, combine 8 oz. Mozzarella Fresca Mascarpone, 2-4 oz. bourbon and 1/4 cup of any dried fruit, finely chopped. Use as a spread or dip for Lady Fingers, shortbread or sugar cookies.
