KAHLUA GLAZED FRESH VEGETABLES

Kahlua Glaze:
Combine 2 tbps each kahlua, fresh lemon juice and water, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules, 1 small minced garlic clove and 1 tsp cornstarch
Vegetables
1/2 cup julienne strips red pepper and celery
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup snow pea pods
1 cup yellow crockneck squash, diagonally cut
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Prepare glaze. In boiling water, blanch prepared vegetables, cover for 5 minutes. Drain well. Pat dry.
In a medium skillet, heat oil. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender crisp, about 2-3 minutes. Add glaze. Cook, stirring until glazed and sauce has thickened.
Serves 4
