*ITALIAN BEEF* - Crock pot

1 large rump roast or chuck roast
1 can beer
1 can beef broth
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 pkg Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
1 bottle of Italian Salad Dressing (with oil)
1/2 jar of Peperoncini (juice also)

Cook on LOW - all day in crock pot. 2 hours before you serve, tear meat into pieces, put back in crock pot and cook 2 hours. Serve on Hoagie buns.
