IMPOSSIBLE LASAGNA PIE

1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 can tomato paste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup milk
2/3 cup baking mix
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Layer cottage cheese and parmesan in the bottom of the dish. Mix ground beef, and next three ingredients and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Spoon evenly on top of the cottage cheese. Beat milk, and next f ingredients until smooth. Pour on top of meat mixture. Bake 250 minutes or until a knife inserted in comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
