CARAMEL CREAM FRUIT TARTS

1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream (1 cup)
1/4 cup caramel flavored topping
1 (8.5 oz.) pkg. sweet tart shells, divided
1 cup diced strawberries
1 (4.4 oz.) container fresh blueberries
1 kiwi, peeled, sliced, cubed
Caramel flavored topping

In mixer bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; fold in 1/4 cup caramel topping. Continue beating on low speed until completely combined and stiff peaks form. Divide mixture among 8 tart shells. Top with fruit; lightly drizzle with extra caramel topping. Refrigerate up to 4 hrs.
