IMPOSSIBLE BEEF BURRITO PIE

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup taco sauce
2/3 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Co-jack cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup baking mix

Preheat oven to 400 and generously grease a 10 inch pie pan; set aside. In heavy skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned; drain well. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and half of the taco sauce.
Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips in prepared pie pan and top with half of the Co-Jack cheese. Top cheese with beef mixture.

In medium bowl combine milk, eggs, and baking mix and stir with wire whisk until combined. Pour over beef mixture in pie pan and bake for 25-35 minutes until puffed and golden. Drizzle remaining taco sauce over pie and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake 4-5 minutes longer until cheese melts. Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and chopped avocado. Serves 6
