SUNRISE SURPRISE

1 cup diced ham
3/4 cup shredded Swiss and cheddar cheeses
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups baking, firmly packed
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Grease a quiche pan. Mix together first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly in the quiche pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute at high speed. Pour evenly over ingredients in quiche pan. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until center is set.
