15 oz frozen hash browns, thawed
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese, Monterey jack cheese and chopped ham
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 eggs
1/2 tsp season salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Cut and fit hash browns into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Press in firmly and up sides. Brush with melted butter and bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350. Into pie pan, layer cheeses, ham and mushrooms. In a bowl, combine eggs and seasonings. Pour over the pie. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until center is set. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
