CITRUS-MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 lb. pork tenderloins
1. In shallow glass baking dish, combine all ingredients except pork; blend well. Add pork tenderloins; turn to coat all sides. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 3 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
2. Heat grill. When ready to grill, remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Place pork on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals.
3. Cook 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once. Remove pork from grill. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
