GRILLED LIME SHRIMP

Zest from one small lime
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2-1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice from same lime
3 cloves garlic , minced
1 lb shelled deveined uncooked shrimp

Mix together the first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp and marinade to zippered bag, toss to coat and marinade 30 minutes

Thread shrimp on skewers; reserve marinade. Place skewered shrimp on grill over medium heat. Cook 3-7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning and brushing with marinade occasionally.
