1 lb maple-flavored sausage
9 eggs
2 cups milk
6 slices English muffins (or biscuits)
1 can cream-of-mushroom soup
1 tsp course ground black pepper, dry mustard and garlic salt
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 cups shredded blend of cheeses
Sliced black olives
Ro-tel tomatoes, drained
Sliced jalapenos

Brown the sausage & drain. Lay muffins/biscuit slices in 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix the milk, 2 cups cheese, mushroom soup, eggs, seasonings, and 1/2 the cooked sausage. Mix thoroughly. Now pour mixture over the muffins/biscuits. Sprinkle with remaining sausage and cheese, olives, tomatoes and jalapenos. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Bake the next morning at 350 - 375, uncovered, for 30 - 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to set-up for 5 minutes. Slice into 8 sections. Serve with fresh fruit and muffins, or hot biscuits.
